Morgana's Q and W cooldowns overlap heavily. With Archmage's Q-reduces-W / W-reduces-Q loop, you can perma-root and burn enemies. Only ~80 ability haste needed for infinite QW — high tolerance, miserable to play against.

Mystic Punch enables infinite Q; Dusk and Dawn lets Q proc Sheen, so it's perfect for players who can't barrel-chain — just max Q.

80% of GP's damage comes from barrels (E), which the system treats as zero-MS enemy targets. When firing barrels, he gains MS and slows enemies, opening up a huge MS gap and locking E into its 40% damage cap. Post-explosion bonus MS keeps the gap up for sustained huge damage.

100+ haste + Archmage = infinite Q.

Phenomenal Evil + Veigar passive + Shrink Engine — rapid AP stacking and damage.

Prismatic priority Dropkick, gold priority Overflow, silver priority Mind to Matter — assemble Archmage. Forge priority omnivamp + CDR. Easy to play; watch your mana late.

Without Adapt, use Overflow + Rabadon's + Giant Slayer instead. Key is stacking AP, then Q an enemy already feared by ER; cast Cosmic Drive before R.

R is sustained AoE healing — pair with Circle of Death for huge damage.

Archmage bond, W in then QRQE — reliable squishy deletes. Damage mainly from multi-Q passive marks. Once Archmage is up, swap to other damage amps. (Archmage is a massive boost for LeBlanc in real economy.) Once cooldowns are up, harass; squishies get bursted fast.
