Pure AP is squishy and damage-light — go half-tank and stack CDR for faster passive procs. Use R to clear waves.

Every Hwei E procs Cruelty — EE especially pulls enemies into one spot. Since Cruelty is AoE, grouped enemies eat stacked Comet damage. After EE pulls them in, the more bodies, the more terrifying the damage.

Hwei's QE (magma) and ult are sustained AoE DoTs — every tick triggers Void Rift for instant AoE nukes. Pair with EE's forced reposition and Void Rift's 99% slow — enemies can't escape.

At 500 ability haste, R has only a 12s cooldown.

Build Rylai's so E becomes AoE hard CC, which procs Cruelty.

Always Rylai's — E roots normally and stuns when empowered. Both forms of CC stack Slap Around, and AP piles on fast. Even basic E procs the hex without needing the upgrade.

Kayle's ascended passive bonus fire makes autos count as two hits, so Master of Duality stacks both AD and AP at once. W heals scale massively with AP, and Kayle scales into a god — half-tank for survival. Survive long enough to ramp, then take over.

Very ability-reliant — prioritize stacking ability haste.

Void Rift deals magic damage, so it fits AP champs with high magic pen — % magic pen amplifies it, and Pridestalker's ability damage procs it many times.

Use enormous AP and magic pen to amp spider-form Q's % damage. When damage is high enough, Elise triggers a special hidden 'true form' visual — a huge spider phantom. Visual works only on default, SKT T1, and Withered series skins — others just sparkle. Highly economy-dependent for AP/pen forge shards; in fights, target highest-HP tanks for max % damage effect.

Phenomenal Evil + Veigar passive + Shrink Engine — rapid AP stacking and damage.

After casting R, press R again to control the bear — Killing Time still triggers. Stack CDR for seamless bear chains and Killing Time uptime; stored damage explodes as true damage, huge amp.

Without Adapt, use Overflow + Rabadon's + Giant Slayer instead. Key is stacking AP, then Q an enemy already feared by ER; cast Cosmic Drive before R.
