With 4-stack Shrink Engine (3x multiplier), all scaling hexes give 3x value. Combined with Soul Eater for HP and Infinite Recursion for haste, you can hit 110k HP and 3000 AD — pure stat monster. Heavily reliant on stacking scaling hexes; survive early to bank the snowball.

Tahm's autos and Q proc bonus damage based on max HP — with hexes you reach absurd resists and HP. He doesn't lack damage; just build 6 tank items.

Use Mayhem's infinite HP stacking with Rift Maker to convert HP into AP; with Adapt enabled, Overlord's Bloodmail works too.

Protein Shake makes Nautilus's W shield enormous — extremely tanky, even better with Heartsteel.

Alistar's Q is group CC and procs Colossus multiple times for an instantly huge shield — high haste means frequent Q, basically unkillable. Build full tank; Colossus has 5s CD, so dump full combo each fight, then Q to proc Colossus — bigger shield per enemy hit.

Use Circle of Death to convert massive heals into magic damage — pair with Zac's huge HP and % HP regen to play laser tower. Higher HP = bigger heal = bigger CoD damage; build HP and healing-boost hexes.

Mundo's E converts HP into huge AD — with stacked Heartsteel, you're both tanky and can one-shot squishies. Mundo's hex pool is exceptionally clean — top-tier tank hexes spawn often.

Use Rabble Rousing with Zeri's passive — autos count as ability casts. Hex heals % max HP, so drop crit items for half-tank build; stack HP. Use Overlord's Bloodmail to convert HP into AD. Passive (not Q) counts as ability — every click heals; also works on minions and turrets.

20-second R cooldown.

In Mayhem, Sett's W stores up to 35% max HP in grit. W damage scales with grit cap and AD, so stack HP and AD — late, you one-shot. Forge: AD > HP > MS. E pulls both sides together; if both sides have at least one unit (minions count), it stuns — wait for full grit, EW guaranteed.

With Adapt, 1 AD → 1.6 AP — prioritize AD in forge. Late, huge AP + huge HP makes R's execute threshold massive.

Use R-stack HP + Heartsteel + Tank Engine for instant 10k+ HP and absurd survival/damage. Pure tank doesn't lack damage; for more damage add a magic Sunfire (Radiant Echoes).

CoD Nunu can deal massive damage to enemies via huge minion-Q heals. Avoid Rylai's — once you build it, Q on enemies stops dealing damage.

Stack Heartsteel for infinite HP growth, then convert via Overlord's Bloodmail, Riftmaker, and Vlad's passive into AD and AP, paired with Adapt and Tank Engine for explosive stats — late, AP easily hits 10000. Requires Adapt + Heartsteel — don't play without them. Once online, with Bloodmail and Rabadon's, two empowered Q's delete a 10k-HP Mundo.

Void Rift ascends. Perfect synergy.

For Mejai's stack lineups — Heartsteel + Goliath/Tank Engine makes tongue reach across the screen, Q chunks stack-snipers half HP. Since stacks are plentiful, don't aggressively stack HP — Heartsteel is just for size.

Without Adapt. Just 2.

God-tier.

1. Best in premades with comms. 2. Need a tank teammate who can hold ground. 3. Grab Tank Engine + Circle of Death. 4. Build magic pen if possible — huge late damage. Theoretically die once, recall, buy Conqueror — then ride teammates forever. Yuumi mechanic: attach to a recalling ally at fountain to follow them and skip refunds for the next hex. Watch tower dives — let teammate take aggro first or CoD draws turret aggro and Conqueror heal breaks.

Endless tank-heal + damage. Take HP and regen runes.

Core: Goliath + Slap Around + Soul Eater + Infinite Recursion. Cheese a couple waves.

Mega-tank J4 with damage. Take Tank Engine + Heartsteel and cruise.

Smug emperor — stack Heartsteel to bait enemies.

Stack HP and convert to damage via items — both tanky and % damage. Classic tank matchup: you're a tank, I'm a tank, but I have % damage.

Use high mobility + tank items to harass and skirmish in the pile — huge HP and regen for 7-in-7-out gameplay. Once enlarged, Heartsteel + Unending Despair are absurd via untargetable state.
