Forge a pact with Teemo, who drains 0.5% of your current health every second, increased to 5% if there are enemy champions within 1000 units. In return, you deal 15% bonus true damage and your basic attacks and abilities summon a Life Remnant nearby for 5 seconds (0.75-second spawn cooldown). You can absorb a Life Remnant by moving over it, healing you for 50 to 150 (+ 50% bonus AD) (+ 25% AP) and granting you 15% bonus movement speed.

Scoring a champion takedown amplifies this augment for 8 seconds, doubling the bonus true damage to 30%, the healing to 100 to 300 (+ 100% bonus AD) (+ 50% AP), and the bonus movement speed to 30%.

Lillia is a mage with naturally high MS — pair with Rylai's slow and you can open up 500+ MS gaps in fights, pushing Don't Blink near its 50% damage cap. Always build Rylai's — even a grazing skill triggers massive bonus damage.

Void Rift S

Void Rift early bursts squishies, late burns tanks. Build magic pen for damage; flex other hexes for MS or tankiness. Don't rush engages in fights — wait in bush, Q into W and pull back; E for poke, R for engage but not mandatory.

Ethereal Weapon A

Pair with Ethereal Weapon to stack Heartsteel fast, converting HP into damage and survivability. Joke build — DPS is weaker than sustained-damage routes; recommend if you like stacking HP.
