Yunara S With Q active, each auto stacks multiple layers of Master of Duality. Yunara S Runaan's plus Q stacks Master of Duality quickly; passive deals bonus magic damage with AP scaling on crit, scaling harder every fight. 
Xin Zhao S Xin is a physical bruiser, so Master of Duality's AD isn't wasted, plus his E, R, and passive heal scale heavily with AP. Stacking MoD gives huge AP, making heals absurd, and with tank items you sustain forever as long as you don't get one-shot. Stay alive and keep stacking via autos and abilities. 
Kayle S Kayle's ascended passive bonus fire makes autos count as two hits, so Master of Duality stacks both AD and AP at once. W heals scale massively with AP, and Kayle scales into a god — half-tank for survival. Survive long enough to ramp, then take over.
