Replaces the summoner spell in the slot not occupied by Flash with Orbital Laser.

Orbital Laser: Call upon an orbital laser to fire down on the target location after 2.5 seconds, immediately dealing true damage equal to the 25% of the target's maximum health then [stat:damage] every 0.5 seconds over 3 seconds to enemies within a 550 radius, up to a total of [stat:damage]magic damage. Deals 70% damage to Minions.

This augment is only offered to up to 1 player on each team for a given game.
