Patch 26.2: Bug Fix Patch - Hexgates, Augment Fixes, and More
A stability patch for ARAM Mayhem fixing Hexgate teleportation, Glass Cannon interactions, and several augment bugs including Flashy, ReEnergize, and From Beginning to End.
Patch 26.2 is a maintenance patch focused entirely on bug fixes for ARAM and ARAM Mayhem. No balance changes this time, but several important fixes that will improve your gameplay experience.
Map Bug Fixes (ARAM & ARAM Mayhem)
Hexgate Teleportation Fixed
Players can now properly teleport behind turrets using Hexgates. This was causing frustrating moments where you’d try to escape or engage and get stuck in an unintended position.
Portal Interruption Fixed
On Koeshin’s Crossing Map, players were getting interrupted when trying to use the Portals. This should now work smoothly.
ARAM Mayhem Augment Fixes
Glass Cannon + Bloodthirster
Glass Cannon was preventing Bloodthirster from triggering its shield. This is now fixed, making the combo viable again for ADCs who want the damage boost without sacrificing survivability entirely.
ReEnergize + Smolder Q
Smolder’s Q wasn’t proccing ReEnergize properly. This fix is significant for Smolder players who rely on Energized effects for extra burst.
Flashy and Flash 2 + Fiddlesticks R
Both Flashy and Flash 2 were canceling Fiddlesticks’ Crowstorm channel. Given how important a full channel is for Fiddle’s engage, this was a major problem. Now you can safely run these augments on the scarecrow.
Empyrean Promise Range
The heal/shield range on Empyrean Promise was smaller than the tooltip indicated. It now matches the intended range.
Sword of Blossoming Dawn Targeting
The item’s passive was occasionally targeting the wrong ally. It should now correctly target as intended.
Snowball Damage Passive Interactions
Snowball damage from Snowball Upgrade and The Biggest Snowball was incorrectly triggering Aurora’s and Zaahen’s passives. This has been fixed to prevent unintended interactions.
From Beginning to End + First Strike
First Strike wasn’t tracking gold correctly when used with the From Beginning to End augment. The gold tracking should now be accurate.
What This Means for You
While there are no meta shifts this patch, several of these fixes improve quality of life:
- Fiddlesticks players: You can now safely take Flashy or Flash 2 without worrying about your ult getting canceled
- Smolder players: ReEnergize is back on the menu as a viable augment choice
- Glass Cannon enthusiasts: Bloodthirster synergy restored for sustain builds
- Everyone: Hexgates and Portals work properly now
Looking Ahead
With 26.2 being a bug fix patch, all eyes are on Patch 26.3 which is expected to bring a major update to ARAM Mayhem, rumored to include new augments, a progression system, and augment synergies. Stay tuned!
Good luck in your games!
