Shaco
9 combos
Kills reset all basic abilities for clean backline assassinations. Note: if you can one-shot with autos during Q, use other abilities first — otherwise Q won't reset.
Shaco's best augment. More mobility plus backstab damage that stacks with his innate backstab. Double Q nearly one-shots backliners. Death explosion deals massive true damage. Strong early for picks and late for frontline.
Solid damage and haste boost, but you lose R's safety. Compensate with Shadow Runner, Executioner, Guilty Pleasure, or Escape Plan.
Maximize Quantum Computing damage with Q. Gives your team a huge early lead and solves the late-game tank problem.
Without E active, autos slow enemies. Q + backstab first strike also triggers the slow. Great damage boost. Pair with Shadow Runner, Tailwind, etc. for more combos.
Decent sustain — solid all-around augment. Has a bug though: if you take damage during R's brief vanish and die, the clone spawns at 0 HP. It can't be killed but still attacks. If enemies have infinite-stacking augments or Heartsteel, the clone becomes a free punching bag. If the clone picks up a healing relic, it gains HP and becomes killable again. Double-edged — use cautiously.
R clone becomes huge. Easy to tell apart from the real one.
Shaco has no attack speed steroids or good AS items. The AD boost is minimal and the slower attack animation feels terrible.
Poro Blaster is a trap on stealth champions like Shaco because poros stay visible and reveal your position.
Ryze

Garen

Locks attack speed, but E spin count is unaffected.

Katarina

Locks attack speed, but R attack speed scaling is unaffected.
R procs Vulnerability.
R normally applies only 25/30/35% on-hit damage. With this, it becomes 50/60/70%.
Every R tick stacks Master of Duality. If you go magic-to-physical conversion, it's godlike.
Deft attack speed does affect R normally.
Lightning Strikes attack speed doesn't affect R.
Kayle

Auto attack flame waves trigger Ethereal Weapon.
Passive flame waves trigger Magic Missile. After level 16, you melt tanks.
Marksmage is consistently strong on AP auto-attack Kayle and boosts sustained DPS significantly.
Auto attack flame waves trigger Infernal Conduit.
After picking Draw Your Sword, E also becomes melee range.
Samira

Can cast Blade Waltz during ult.
Go invisible during ult for full damage while untargetable.
Insane damage. Build Bloodthirster and Death's Dance early for survivability.
Q+E+auto instantly fills the style meter.
R doesn't proc Vulnerability. Skip.
Smolder
5 combos
Q itself doesn't crit, but crit chance gives a percent damage bonus. With Jeweled Gauntlet, damage goes through the roof.

Ambessa

R passive armor pen still works.
Q triggers healing 3 times, other abilities trigger it twice.
Passive attacks no longer refund energy. Never take this.

Q+E landing directly stacks 6 layers, triggering the passive twice.
W, E, and R all benefit from Dashing.
Orbital Laser's follow-up ticks each stack the passive.
As of patch 26.2, the multi-passive-stack bug is fixed, but the augment is still solid.
Azir

Each W soldier stab and passive tower shot procs Magic Missile.
Soldiers deal 50% bonus damage — physical + magic. Damage goes through the roof.
Only increases W size, not damage.
Doesn't increase soldier attack range or control range.
Fiddlesticks
4 combos
Ult in and burn everything.
R in, then go invisible and burn them.
Can move during Zhonya's while ulting.
Natural health regen triggers combat state, which prevents fear passive. Bad synergy.
Karthus
4 combos
Turn on E, then use Clown College to walk in and burn them. The fear box after death traps people in your E.
Ultimate Revolution makes Karthus game-warping with near-constant double-ult windows.
Infinite Recursion lets Karthus cycle Requiem absurdly fast and constantly pressure team HP bars.
Eureka is another excellent Karthus spike, giving him frequent ult pressure and strong snowball tempo.
Neeko
4 combos
On Butcher's Bridge, disguise as a minion and attack the energy flower. It can't die, so you stack forever.
Same trick — disguise as minion, attack the flower for infinite stacks.
Disguising as a minion or anything else shows the First Strike orb. Gives you away instantly.
Poro Blaster is also a trap on disguise champions like Neeko since poros remain visible.
Senna
4 combos
One auto = one passive stack.
Must-pick if offered. Passive stacks skyrocket.
Q and W hitting enemies extract souls.
Attack range grows as passive stacks increase.
Sett
4 combos
Go invisible, walk up, one-punch squishies.
Essential for lethality ult Sett. Enemy tanks become your strongest weapon.
Must-pick in strong games. The damage amp is insane.
Triggering Quantum Computing during ult makes the target take 4x inner circle damage.
Sylas
4 combos
W and E proc the bonus. If you steal a dash ultimate, R also procs it afterwards.
More units in passive range means more bonus damage on the main target.
R steal triggers it, then casting the stolen R triggers it again.
Same idea as Marksmage.
Twitch
4 combos
Ult autos also trigger the polymorph. They can't even fight back.
Marksmage performs very well on AP Twitch, improving both sustained pressure and cleanup damage.
Only E stacks it. Passive doesn't apply layers. Skip.
Passive doesn't trigger Ethereal Weapon and E doesn't stack passive. Never pick this.
Vayne

Rapid three-ring procs.
Every bolt triggers W passive and on-hit effects.
Procs stack W passive.
Q+E stacks W passive. With Duskblade, a single Q procs the third hit.
Zaahen
4 combos
Rapidly stacks passive.
Quickly maxes out passive stacks.
Follow-up ticks (ground burn) stack passive. Stacks incredibly fast — full in 1-2 seconds.
As of patch 26.2, Snowball Upgrade no longer stacks passive.
Braum
3 combos
One auto instantly maxes passive for a stun.
Every hit stacks passive. Pair with Typhoon or Runaan's to stack on multiple targets — basically a team-wide stun.
Autos on minions stack passive on champions.
Darius

Q and E both reduce cooldowns.
Fan The Hammer currently procs full W active damage, and Fizz can easily change auto direction.

Barrels have 0 move speed, so it's a flat 33%+ damage boost.
Auto-procs the fire blade. Good for less experienced players.

Activate W, then hit Q/R or pull a spirit. Tentacles attack endlessly during W.
After pulling the spirit, hitting it makes the original take double damage amp.
