Syndra Syndra S Pairs with E for massive AoE CC into double Cruelty proc. Truly disgusting. Hwei Hwei A EE pulling multiple targets makes one enemy take multiple Cruelty procs. Swain Swain A Same idea — triggers Cruelty twice.
