Automatically cast an improved version of Tactical Sweep when an enemy champion is within 650 units of you, winding up over 0.75 seconds to slash in a 650 radius around you. The slash deals [stat:physical]200 to 350[/stat] [stat:ad](+ 65% [b]bonus[/b] AD)[/stat] [stat:ap](+ 40% AP)[/stat] [stat:physical]physical damage[/stat] to enemies within the area (30 second cooldown). Enemies hit by the outer edge of the circle take [stat:physical][b]bonus[/b] physical damage[/stat] equal to [stat:health]10%[/stat] [stat:ad](+ 2.5% per 100 [b]bonus[/b] AD)[/stat] [stat:damage](+ 1.6% per 100 AP)[/stat] [stat:health](+ 0.1% per 100 [b]bonus[/b] health)[/stat] [stat:health]of their [b]maximum[/b] health[/stat] and are slowed by 80% decaying over 2 seconds.
