Void Rift

Hitting an enemy champion with an ability generates a stack of Popoff for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times. For each stack, your basic abilities' cooldowns progress 2.5% faster. At maximum Popoff stacks, this value is doubled, for a total of a 30% faster progression time.
Swift and Safe
After dashing or blinking, gain a shield that lasts for 2 seconds and absorbs 65 to 290 (+ 65% AD) (+ 26% AP) damage (5 second cooldown).
Mind to Matter
Grants bonus health equal to 50% maximum mana.
