Highlights
- Major enchanter buffs: Ivern, Janna, Milio, Nami, Renata, and Sona all buffed
- Global critical strike damage increased from 175% to 200%

- Quest: Steel Your Heart now properly multiplies future stacks by 3x

General Changes
Critical Strike
Base critical strike damage increased from 175% to 200% for all champions (with Infinity Edge: 215% → 230%)
ADC Adjustments
Many ADC abilities had their crit scaling and AD ratios adjusted to compensate for the global crit damage increase

Snowball Roulette
- • Augment Tier: Prismatic → Gold
It's Killing Time
- • Now only stores damage from the augment owner, not all sources
Flashy
- • Changed from refreshing 1 charge every 180s to refreshing all 3 charges every 120 seconds
Quest: Steel Your Heart
- • Fixed to properly multiply future stacks by 3x after quest completion (not just stacks at time of completion)
Quest: Urf's Champion
- • Golden Spatula Attack Damage: 60 → 90
- • Golden Spatula Ability Power: 80 → 110
- • Golden Spatula Movement Speed: 5% → 10%
- • Golden Spatula Immolate Range: 300 → 400

- Offense Damage Dealt: 95% → 100%
- Shielding Shielding Done: 80% → 100%

- Fixed Gold Rend failing to function if your ally also takes it

New Feature
Some new Prismatic Augments are limited to 1-2 players per game to prevent stacking visual chaos
Critical Strike
Bonus crit chance above 100% now grants 75% of that crit chance as Adaptive force if you don't already have a crit conversion
Portals
Bloom hexgate selection radius reduced to match size of object to reduce accidental clicks
New Items
Hextech Gunblade
80 AP, 40 AD, 10% Life Steal, 10% Spell Vamp. Active: Shock an enemy champion for 175-253 (+30% AP) magic damage and 25% slow for 1.5 seconds (60s cooldown)
Sword of Blossoming Dawn
45 AP, 200 Health, 12% Heal & Shield Power, 15 Ability Haste. Passives: Gain 1.2% Attack Speed per 1% Heal & Shield Power. On-hit: Heal the lowest-health nearby ally for 15-40 (+10% bAD)(+7% AP)
Augment Changes
Earthwake
- • NEW: Dashing or blinking causes you to leave behind a trail that detonates after a short delay, dealing 70-210 (based on level) (+125% bonus AD)(+60% AP) physical damage per explosion
- • Enemies can only be affected once every 0.5 seconds from all cast instances
- • Deals 70% damage to minions
- • Limited to 2 players per game
Orbital Laser
- • NEW: Replace your non-flash summoner with Orbital Laser
- • On Active: Call upon an orbital laser to fire down on target location after 2.5 seconds, immediately dealing true damage equal to 25% of target's maximum health then up to 360-600 (based on level) magic damage over 3 seconds
- • Deals 70% damage to minions
- • Limited to 1 player per game
Trueshot Prodigy
- • NEW: Damaging enemies over 700 units away casts an Ezreal R in their direction
- • Barrage deals 100-350 (+80% bonus AD)(+60% AP) magic damage to enemies it passes through
- • 15 second cooldown (overall, not per target)
- • Limited to 1 player per game
Cerberus
- • NEW: Gain the Hail of Blades and Press the Attack Keystone Runes
- • Hail of Blades: First 3 attacks have massively increased Attack Speed (140% melee, 80% ranged)
- • Press the Attack: Hitting 3 attacks against same enemy deals burst damage (120-360 based on level) and increases your damage by 15% until you leave combat
Pandora's Box
- • NEW: Transmute all of your augments into random Prismatic augments
Stackosaurus Rex
- • NEW: When you gain permanent stacks of an ability, gain 75% more
Ultimate Awakening
- • REWORKED: Gain 30 ability haste on your ultimate
- • After casting your ultimate, reset all your basic ability cooldowns and gain 300 ability haste on basic abilities for 15 seconds
- • 20 second cooldown
Empyrean Promise
- • Cast Range: 1600 → 2000
Feel the Burn
- • Cast Range: 600 → 800
- • Changed from target cast to self cast (no longer need to select a target)
Upgrade Zhonya
- • Zhonya's Cooldown: 90 → 45 seconds
Snowball Upgrade
- • Base Slow Amount: 40% → 50%
- • Base Damage: 100 → 200
Slow and Steady
- • 1% Attack Speed Conversion: 0.75 AD → 1 AD
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Self Destruct did not make enemies Airborne
- Fixed Self Destruct's tooltip syntax
- Fixed a bug where Spiritual Purification was not clear on the damage dealt to nearby enemies
- Fixed a bug where Snowball Roulette's tooltip was not stating its intended function
- Fixed a bug where Snowball Roulette did not function while having the Biggest Snowball Ever Augment equipped
Highlights
- New Item: Stat Anvil - Spend extra gold at level 9 to boost stats
- Silver augments appear less frequently in first round
- No more back-to-back silver augments in rounds 1 and 2
- Portal interaction changed to click teleport
- Major augment mechanical updates for better engagement
General Changes
Augment Distribution
Silver Tier augments will now appear less frequently in the first round of augment choices

It's now no longer possible to get silver augments back to back for the first and second rounds
Portals
Koeshin's Crossing Portals have been changed from touch to teleport to traditional click to teleport with an instant cast time (applies to both ARAM and Mayhem)
Economy
Passive XP/Gold values have been modified to prevent games from ending a little too soon
Minions
Double Super minions have been removed to prevent some late-game stalling
New Items
Stat Anvil
New consumable item that lets you spend extra gold in the late game to boost your stats. Silver, Gold, and Prismatic Anvils are available. Each Anvil comes with a hat!

Blunt Force
- • AD: 15% → 20%
Gash
- • Additionally gain 50% Attack Speed
Lightning Strike
- • Attack Speed Requirement for Bonus: 4 → 3.5
Protein Shake
- • Base Heal and Shield Power: 20% → 25%
- • Armor and Magic Resist Conversion Rate: 30% → 35%
Self Destruct
- • NEW: Every 25 seconds, attach a bomb to yourself that explodes dealing damage and knocking up enemies
Snowball Roulette
- • NEW: Cast a random harmful Summoner Spell on your target when your snowball hits an enemy target
- • NEW: Cast a random beneficial Summoner Spell on yourself when you take your snowball dash
Steel Your Heart
- • Stack requirement: 350 → 300
Repulsor
- • NEW: When dropping below 35% health, knock back enemies and slow them for 90% for 1.5 seconds (25 second cooldown or refresh on death)
Urf's Champion
- • Takedowns required: 22 → 18

- Defense Damage Taken: 110% → 100%
- Offense Damage Dealt: 85% → 95%

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Get Excited can be triggered if your clone died
- Fixed a bug where Neeko does not lose attack range when she disguises as melee champion and pick Draw Your Sword
- Fixed a bug where champions in zombie status can get extra augment when they have Augment Cheating
- Fixed a bug where Viego can sell items when possessing other champions when he has Augment Cheating
- Fixed a bug where Augment Cheating is restoring resources other than mana and energy
- Fixed a bug where Vampirism with Zilean R will cause champions to revive with 0 health and be non-attackable by enemies
- Fixed a bug where Gangplank with Infernal Conduit can have 0 cooldown on his E spell
- Fixed a bug where Zac can deal damage with Circle of Death when he transforms into his passive blobs
- Fixed a bug where Upgrade Collector let Collector execute people under 15% health
