Upgraded Snowball has multiple magic-damage ticks — one hit stacks 8-10 passive layers and instantly detonates % damage multiple times. Pair with Ethereal Weapon or Biggest Snowball for even more frequency and ceiling. QEQ combo with Ethereal Weapon triggers two passive procs. Both Snowball Upgrade + Biggest Snowball cut the snowball cooldown to 1.7s for seamless ranged poke.

Additionally, your Mark cooldown is reduced equivalent to 100 ability haste.

If Mark is not equipped, the summoner spell in the slot not occupied by Flash is replaced with Mark.
