If both Jeweled Gauntlet and Vulnerability are equipped, only rolls the critical strike chance of the augment that has the higher critical damage (or either if equal).
Smolder S Q itself doesn't crit, but crit chance gives a percent damage bonus. With Jeweled Gauntlet, damage goes through the roof. 
Viego S Q and R can't crit normally, but crit chance gives percent bonus damage. With Jeweled Gauntlet, damage is absurd. 
Corki S All abilities can crit. Damage is nuts. 
Lucian S Stacks with Vulnerability. Ult touches someone and they're dead. 
Sett S Essential for lethality ult Sett. Enemy tanks become your strongest weapon.
