Burst targets to create Tooth Fairy Teeth, collect the permanent penetration, then connect Jeweled Gauntlet to Critical Missile. Axiom Arc supports repeated Collateral Damage casts after takedowns; the near-300 lethality result is a high roll, not the baseline.

Why this rating

A tier: Tooth Fairy, Jeweled Gauntlet, and Critical Missile form a coherent damage package, but the route still depends on early Tooth pickups. It's Killing Time is optional, and no combined win-rate is available.

Why it works

  • Tooth Fairy drops a Tooth after Graves deals more than 25% of an enemy champion's health within 2.5 seconds. Each Tooth in this match added permanent lethality and magic penetration, rewarding Graves's natural burst pattern.
  • Jeweled Gauntlet lets Graves's abilities critically strike. Those ability crits can trigger Critical Missile, so Q and Collateral Damage benefit from the same crit-lethality plan instead of splitting the build.
  • Axiom Arc, not It's Killing Time, is the ultimate-cooldown reset engine. It's Killing Time adds delayed true damage after the ultimate, but it is optional rather than a required core piece.

How to play it

  1. Open with Tooth Fairy only when your team can help you burst targets and safely collect the dropped Teeth. The Collector is a natural first purchase for the execution and crit chance.
  2. Prioritize Jeweled Gauntlet and Critical Missile. Build Infinity Edge for the crit package and Axiom Arc when takedowns are frequent enough to support repeated ultimates.
  3. Check the enemy's actual armor before assuming high lethality makes Lord Dominik's Regards useless. In the source, the creator compares 183 lethality with 128 armor and notes that the item still adds damage even though his flat lethality already covers that target.

Avoid it when

  • The enemy can deny Tooth pickups or your team cannot create early burst windows.
  • Your composition needs a frontline more than another short-range damage dealer.
  • You are treating the video's 294 lethality result as guaranteed. Tooth count and match length determine the ceiling.

ARAM Mayhem context

Availability checked against the site's Patch 26.18 reference data on 2026-09-13. All named augments remain available. The source match does not display a patch number, and no combined win-rate is available, so the near-300 lethality result is treated as a high roll rather than expected performance.
