Volibear S Q and W both register as on-attack effects, so Master of Duality stacks fast — passive converts AP into attack speed, snowballing harder the longer the fight runs. Forge: lethality > MS > resists > HP. 
Syndra S Forge: max crit damage to cap. 
Jax S Use Dusk and Dawn's all-around stats (AP, HP, haste, AS) with Jax's E and R AP scaling for instant Mayhem clears. Combo: E up, leap-strike Q in, manually drop E for the stun, R + W to dump damage; Zhonya's covers the long CD. 
Graves S Convert Graves's massive AP into bonus physical on-hit via Marksmage. His autos fire 4 pellets, each triggering independently — one auto = +300% AP. Late-game with Ruined King pellets become 6 for 4.5x AP scaling. Only viable when first hex is Marksmage; otherwise pure AD outperforms. Bonus damage is physical, so Black Cleaver is core late. 
Mel S Q's multi-hits all benefit from Vulnerable's amp — damage is absurd. 
Sona S Just stack damage — with enough stats, even Sona QA deletes targets. 
Akali S Lich Bane post-ability gives 50% AS, converted by Slow and Steady to AD, then converted to AP via Adapt. Keep exploring
