Shrink Engine's CDR and MS fit Hecarim perfectly; Dropkick deletes squishies cleanly; Infinite Recursion = huge CDR; Q becomes electric fan; Soul Eater for Triple-Stack Dragon bond + HP; Hubris ramps fast and HP boosts Dropkick's execute threshold.

MorganaSMorgana's Q and W cooldowns overlap heavily. With Archmage's Q-reduces-W / W-reduces-Q loop, you can perma-root and burn enemies. Only ~80 ability haste needed for infinite QW — high tolerance, miserable to play against.

GangplankSMystic Punch enables infinite Q; Dusk and Dawn lets Q proc Sheen, so it's perfect for players who can't barrel-chain — just max Q.

GangplankS80% of GP's damage comes from barrels (E), which the system treats as zero-MS enemy targets. When firing barrels, he gains MS and slows enemies, opening up a huge MS gap and locking E into its 40% damage cap. Post-explosion bonus MS keeps the gap up for sustained huge damage.
