The slash deals 200 to 350 (+ 65% bonus AD) (+ 40% AP) physical damage to enemies within the area (30 second cooldown). Enemies hit by the outer edge of the circle take bonus physical damage equal to 10% (+ 2.5% per 100 bonus AD) (+ 1.6% per 100 AP) (+ 0.1% per 100 bonus health) of their maximum health and are slowed by 80% decaying over 2 seconds. Additionally, you are healed for 80% of the bonus post-mitigation damage against enemy champions hit by the outer edge.
