Renata Glasc S Q triggers multiple Cruelty procs. Ult does too. 
Syndra S Pairs with E for massive AoE CC into double Cruelty proc. Truly disgusting. 
Neeko S Ult lifts enemies up for a guaranteed Cruelty proc.
