Katarina S Protein Shake plus Statikk Shiv gives huge attack speed; Slow and Steady converts it into AD. Katarina's ult attack-speed isn't affected, and she still benefits from the converted AD. 
Soraka S Support uses Moonstone + Protein Shake multiplicatively for 3.5x healing. Even a squishy enchanter outputs absurd heals when stacked with double-resist items like Jaksho.
