HweiS Tier ComboEvery Hwei E procs Cruelty — EE especially pulls enemies into one spot. Since Cruelty is AoE, grouped enemies eat stacked Comet damage. After EE pulls them in, the more bodies, the more terrifying the damage.
LeonaS Tier ComboLeona QER are all CC — high frequency Cruelty procs.
