Kalista A E has high AP ratios — core idea is using E's burst as your damage. Even on AP, rend stays physical, so build armor pen. 
Thresh A Use Marksmage to convert Thresh's infinite passive AP (via souls) into 75% bonus physical on autos. Combined with E passive's soul-based bonus magic damage and item on-hits, it's a triple-mixed-damage hit — melts squishies and tanks alike. Thresh's passive permanently gives AP and armor, so Marksmage scales endlessly. Stack souls + AS + AP. Vayne A Protein Shake + Statikk Shiv gives high AS, paired with Conditioning for huge ally heals; meanwhile use W passive for damage. Vayne S+ Fan the Hammer applies 5 on-hits per auto plus the auto itself triggers two triple-ring procs. With Dual Wield + Tap Dancer + Runaan's, a single auto deletes most of an enemy's HP.
