Combined with E passive's soul-based bonus magic damage and item on-hits, it's a triple-mixed-damage hit — melts squishies and tanks alike. Thresh's passive permanently gives AP and armor, so Marksmage scales endlessly. Stack souls + AS + AP.

VayneAProtein Shake + Statikk Shiv gives high AS, paired with Conditioning for huge ally heals; meanwhile use W passive for damage.

VayneSSFan the Hammer applies 5 on-hits per auto plus the auto itself triggers two triple-ring procs. With Dual Wield + Tap Dancer + Runaan's, a single auto deletes most of an enemy's HP. Vayne is a top focus target — build defense and lifesteal later; if enemy is squishy, single-Q route works fine.
