Ryze S Ascension combo. 
Morgana S Morgana's Q and W cooldowns overlap heavily. With Archmage's Q-reduces-W / W-reduces-Q loop, you can perma-root and burn enemies. Only ~80 ability haste needed for infinite QW — high tolerance, miserable to play against. 
Karthus S W reduces R's CD via Archmage's CDR refund. After casting R, spam W and Q to slash R's CD for full-map ults. R then W, spam Q during both cooldowns, recast W, repeat — about 16s per ult. 
Alistar S Archmage + ~190 haste enables infinite WQ knockup. Don't cast E — just WQ on loop. Ryze S 100+ haste + Archmage = infinite Q. 
Kassadin S Kassadin's E and R are AoE — multi-hits proc multiple Void Rifts. Kassadin S Kassadin E has a 90% slow — during the slow, he opens up 400+ MS gaps, locking in Don't Blink's 40% damage amp on the rest of his combo. Lead with E slow for max amp. 
Nunu & Willump S CoD Nunu can deal massive damage to enemies via huge minion-Q heals. Avoid Rylai's — once you build it, Q on enemies stops dealing damage. Keep exploring
