Morgana's Q and W cooldowns overlap heavily. With Archmage's Q-reduces-W / W-reduces-Q loop, you can perma-root and burn enemies. Only ~80 ability haste needed for infinite QW — high tolerance, miserable to play against.

Infernal Conduit A Strong

CC a group or drop W for rapid Infernal Conduit stacking.
