Lillia is a mage with naturally high MS — pair with Rylai's slow and you can open up 500+ MS gaps in fights, pushing Don't Blink near its 50% damage cap. Always build Rylai's — even a grazing skill triggers massive bonus damage.

Build around Void Rift — Lissandra's W and R proc Rifts at high frequency; E to engage. Time R engage carefully.

After picking Eureka, step back after casting E so Eureka triggers — otherwise it doesn't proc.
