Patch 26.3 - ARAM Mayhem 2.0 - Progression, Synergies & New Augments

General Changes
Progression System
New 32-level progression system that persists between games. Earn XP to unlock free rewards including augments, icons, emotes, and gameplay bonuses.
Progression: Level 4
Unlock +300 bonus gold at game start.
Progression: Level 13
Unlock higher chance to reroll into upgraded augments.
Progression: Level 18
Unlock free Stat Anvil at game start.
Progression: Level 23
Unlock free potion drops at levels 9, 12, and 16.
Progression: Level 31
Unlock increased reroll chances for Prismatic augments.
Synergy System
Augments now belong to synergy sets. Collecting multiple augments from the same set grants bonus effects, similar to TFT trait bonuses.
Hotfix - Feb 5, 2026
Mayhem Progression Track Tier 4 reward changed from +300 Starting Gold to Golden Reroll.
Hotfix - Augment UX
Augment hover delay reduced from 0.75s to 0.1s.
Augment Changes
Empyrean Promise
- • Delay Moving Time: 0.5 seconds → 0.25 seconds
- • Move Speed: 3500 → 4000
- • Cooldown: 30 → 20 seconds
- • Augment user gets the shield immediately when traveling instead of landing
Lesser Heal
- • Cooldown: 45 → 30 seconds
- • Base Heal: 150-430 (based on level) → 200-550 (based on level)
Cerberus
- • Attack Speed Amp: 140% / 80% → 200% / 115%
- • Bonus Damage: 120-360 → 120-360 (+40% AD) (+30% AP)
Goldrend
- • Gold per proc: 15 Gold → 30 Gold
From Beginning to End
- • First Strike Gold proc base: 10 → 20
- • Bonus True Damage: 7% → 10%
- • Gold Conversion: 50% / 35% → 60% / 42%
Lightning Strike
- • Attack Speed Required: 3.5 → 1.75
Mystic Punch
- • On-hit ability cooldown reduction: 20% → 1.25 seconds
Poro Blaster
- • Now limited to 1 player per team
- • Increased time required to stack Poros
Heads Up Cupcake!
- • On pick up slow: 50% → 25%
- • Gold per 1000 healing: 200 → 150
- • Missing health healing: 50-20% → 5-15%
Devil on Your Shoulder
- • Health drain near enemies: 7.5% → 5%
- • Bonus true damage: 20% → 15%
Speed Demon
- • Speed gain: 350 decaying over 2s → 200 decaying over 1s
Kill Secured
- • Bonus movement speed toward low-health champions: 100% → 60%
Make it Rain (Set)
- • Set reward: 30/50/100% → 15/30/50%
Archmage (Set)
- • Set reward: 40% → 30%
Deathknell (Set)
- • Set reward: 40% → 25%
Champion Balance Changes
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Critical Healing and Critical Missile could trigger infinitely.
- Fixed an issue where Prom Queen failed to trigger after death.
- Fixed an issue where Critical Missile triggered too often with Tank It Or Leave It.
- Fixed an issue where the Firecracker set bonus reset attack timers.
- Fixed an issue where the Firecracker set bonus incorrectly triggered on basic attack effects.
- Fixed an issue where players could select the same augment multiple times.
