Heads Up Cupcake! was removed from live ARAM Mayhem in Patch 26.13. This page keeps the historical tooltip, rarity, and references available after the augment left the live pool.
Periodically, a Cupcake will fly across the map. Champions can consume the Cupcake by moving within its radius of 300 units, slowing them by 25% for 0.5 seconds. Whenever a Cupcake is consumed, regardless of ally or enemy, you gain 15 gold and you and nearby allied champions heal for 50 to 250 (+ 5 to 15 [b]missing[/b] health). Additionally, for every 1000 healing done by Cupcakes, you gain 150 gold.
When selecting augments in ARAM: Mayhem, Heads Up Cupcake! is particularly effective on champions that can maximize its benefits.
