FioraS+ Tier Combo[Hard to assemble] Heartsteel + Tank Engine stack infinite HP, Overlord's Bloodmail converts HP into AD. With Fiora's passive, around 2500 AD a single vital procs 100% max-HP true damage.
GalioS+ Tier ComboGalio W reduces both physical and magic damage — stack AP, MR, and HP and your reduction can hit 100%. After taunt lands, the reduction extends 2s beyond channel; with 300+ haste you're effectively immune full time.
GragasS+ Tier ComboGragas W gives AP-scaling % damage reduction with a 2.5s invuln after channel. At 2050 AP, 100% reduction. But you have to spend the empowered auto before recasting W, so there's a downtime gap — not perma. Forge: AD (with Adapt) > AP > HP > resists.

RellS+ Tier ComboCentered on Tank Engine + Cruelty. Rell's hex pool is extra clean, and combining them gives extreme CC + huge sustained damage for 1v5 plays. With both hexes, Rell becomes a different champion.
RyzeS+ Tier ComboUse Ryze's passive AP-mana cross-scaling with specific items and hexes to loop mana/HP/AD conversions for infinite stat growth. Must take Adapt + Mind to Matter; Ryze lacks mobility, so don't sell boots without MS hexes; vs tanks build Void Staff; multiple Tear items stack slowly — pace your farm.
AlistarS Tier ComboAlistar's Q is group CC and procs Colossus multiple times for an instantly huge shield — high haste means frequent Q, basically unkillable. Build full tank; Colossus has 5s CD, so dump full combo each fight, then Q to proc Colossus — bigger shield per enemy hit.
