MordekaiserS+ Tier ComboCircle of Death deals 70% of heal as damage. Protein Shake amps shield/heal — Morde's W shield's heal-when-broken scales, dealing damage. Late, one W full-heal deletes squishies; W grants gray HP based on damage dealt, so with Executioner you can spam W forever. Never build Rift Maker or any omnivamp item — they override CoD damage. CoD deals magic damage — build magic pen. Enemy Serpent's Fang chunks your shield and damage.
TryndamereS+ Tier ComboCircle of Death converts heal into magic damage; Trynd Q has huge AP scaling — late Q hits 3000+ damage, deletes squishies. Stack AP and magic pen. Forge: AP > magic pen > MS. Stack fury before Q'ing; CoD has 1000 range, get close.

Nunu & WillumpS Tier ComboQ deals massive damage, but don't build Rod of Ages.Nunu & WillumpS Tier ComboCoD Nunu can deal massive damage to enemies via huge minion-Q heals. Avoid Rylai's — once you build it, Q on enemies stops dealing damage.
VladimirS Tier ComboVlad's Q and R heals each proc 5x Circle of Death damage — late-game team-wipe nukes. Do NOT build Rift Maker — its omnivamp interaction overrides Q's heal, killing the trigger.
