Maokai's best augment. One auto = full health.

Zac heals so frequently that Circle of Death procs constantly.

Q deals massive damage, but don't build Rod of Ages.

Protein Shake gives huge sustain — combined with Maokai's % HP regen passive, you never die.

Vlad's Q and R heals each proc 5x Circle of Death damage — late-game team-wipe nukes. Do NOT build Rift Maker — its omnivamp interaction overrides Q's heal, killing the trigger.

Use Circle of Death to convert massive heals into magic damage — pair with Zac's huge HP and % HP regen to play laser tower. Higher HP = bigger heal = bigger CoD damage; build HP and healing-boost hexes.

Warwick's auto and Q heals both proc 5x Circle of Death; Q has 100% AP scaling + % damage. Cast Q at half HP for max heal = max CoD damage.

CoD Nunu can deal massive damage to enemies via huge minion-Q heals. Avoid Rylai's — once you build it, Q on enemies stops dealing damage.

1. Best in premades with comms. 2. Need a tank teammate who can hold ground. 3. Grab Tank Engine + Circle of Death. 4. Build magic pen if possible — huge late damage. Theoretically die once, recall, buy Conqueror — then ride teammates forever. Yuumi mechanic: attach to a recalling ally at fountain to follow them and skip refunds for the next hex. Watch tower dives — let teammate take aggro first or CoD draws turret aggro and Conqueror heal breaks.

Chili Oil stand-fight — pick Chili Oil, dive in, fight via passive.

Attach to an ally and use Warmog's to deal damage. That's it.

Abuses Circle of Death's 5x damage bug on specific champions — Rengar's normal and empowered W both trigger it for instant burst far above tooltip. Lean into trading HP since heal-on-hit ramps with damage taken; empowered W's CC immunity means short of one-shots, you'll heal up and execute full-HP squishies in moments.

R is sustained AoE healing — pair with Circle of Death for huge damage.
