The essential ingredient for Vlad's shoe-stepping playstyle.

W hits multiple → multiple Void Rifts spawn. EW into pile multi-procs Rifts for huge damage; forge flat magic pen first.

Vlad's Q and R heals each proc 5x Circle of Death damage — late-game team-wipe nukes. Do NOT build Rift Maker — its omnivamp interaction overrides Q's heal, killing the trigger.

Stack Heartsteel for infinite HP growth, then convert via Overlord's Bloodmail, Riftmaker, and Vlad's passive into AD and AP, paired with Adapt and Tank Engine for explosive stats — late, AP easily hits 10000. Requires Adapt + Heartsteel — don't play without them. Once online, with Bloodmail and Rabadon's, two empowered Q's delete a 10k-HP Mundo.

Ethereal Weapon keyboard-mash to proc Mystic Punch — autopilot. Take it if offered.

Convert HP to AP via Adapt + Riftmaker for a closed loop — more HP = more AP. Goliath, Dropkick, Eureka all work — Adapt is core; Heartsteel and Tank Engine are bonuses.

Convert attack speed to CDR.

Pair with Infernal Conduit. Get W to 160 ability haste and you can W infinitely.

Use Infernal Conduit's CDR refund — stack 160+ haste with runes/items, and W on 2+ enemies refreshes seamlessly = infinite W. W must hit at least 2 enemies for the loop; early on, stack basic haste via Lost Chapter and Blasting Wand.
