Karthus A Tier ARAM Mayhem Build

Turn on E, then use Clown College to walk in and burn them. The fear box after death traps people in your E.

Ultimate Revolution makes Karthus game-warping with near-constant double-ult windows.

Infinite Recursion lets Karthus cycle Requiem absurdly fast and constantly pressure team HP bars.

Glass Cannon is core to the suicide Karthus build. Main-E is more reliable AoE than Q, and Liandry's + Liandry's burn benefits from the Glass Cannon amp. Karthus already trades HP to position, so the % HP cost matters little; maximize damage before death.

W reduces R's CD via Archmage's CDR refund. After casting R, spam W and Q to slash R's CD for full-map ults. R then W, spam Q during both cooldowns, recast W, repeat — about 16s per ult.

Ultimate Revolution bug is patched (no more 4 R's), but you still get one R per life — pair with the suicide build for monster output. This style doesn't need Plague's ult haste — build pure magic pen / AP for max R damage. Strongly recommend Final City Transit synergy.

Max E, sub W — E burn drops fragments wildly; chase fragments, find enemies dead and you're at full HP.

Once Void Rift is in hand, stack magic pen — damage explodes. Pop E snowball into the pile; main damage comes from Void Rift, so magic pen is priority. Liandry's can be skipped for Rabadon's.

Eureka is another excellent Karthus spike, giving him frequent ult pressure and strong snowball tempo.
