General Changes
Augment Offerings
Riot made another behind-the-scenes pass over champion-specific Augment pools after players reported mismatched options, such as AP-focused choices on Vayne. The stated goal is more relevant and exciting offers for each champion.
Augment Tuning
Clown College was re-enabled. Spin To Win's R ability damage increase moved from 30% to 50%. Ultra Hydra gained a sale restriction that prevents its owner from selling Hydra items.
Bugfixes
Seven fixes stop item damage from triggering upgraded Ravenous Hydra cleave; restore En Passant with multiple teammates; close three Ultra Hydra exploits involving Viego, Hydra resales, and stacked Ravenous Hydras; correct Clown College's critical scaling; and stop Rite of Ascension from sealing upgraded abilities.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed En Passant failing when two or more teammates had the Augment.
- Fixed Viego gaining multiple Tiamats by possessing champions while Ultra Hydra was active.
- Fixed an Ultra Hydra exploit that granted extra gold by selling and rebuying a Hydra item.
- Fixed multiple Ravenous Hydras all receiving Upgrade Ravenous Hydra lifesteal when combined with Quest: Ultra Hydra.
- Fixed Clown College's Deceive using an incorrect critical strike ratio.
- Fixed Rite of Ascension sometimes sealing upgraded abilities.
