Mystic Punch + huge ability haste makes Q effectively zero-CD — infinite Q untargetable + dodging every attack. Threshold is usually 190 haste plus Mystic Punch; absolutely grab Essence Reaver or mana runs out fast.

Use Infernal Conduit's CDR refund — stack 160+ haste with runes/items, and W on 2+ enemies refreshes seamlessly = infinite W. W must hit at least 2 enemies for the loop; early on, stack basic haste via Lost Chapter and Blasting Wand.

Ult has high AP scaling and deals magic damage.

Evelynn casts very frequently — Void Rift dumps massive damage; forge flat magic pen first.

Ezreal's passive at max stacks gives 50% attack speed, which Purist + Caster converts to 200+ ability haste. Q's hit-reduces-CD means Q has practically no cooldown late, and R refreshes in under 10s. Late, full-screen ult every 10 seconds = enormous pressure.

Mystic Punch's CDR + Dusk and Dawn enables infinite Q.

Around 300 ability haste plus Mystic Punch enables infinite Q.

Leona QER are all CC — high frequency Cruelty procs.

Lucian gets two autos per cast — Mystic Punch + Navori Quickblades + some CDR enables seamless EA kiting.

Always Rylai's — E roots normally and stuns when empowered. Both forms of CC stack Slap Around, and AP piles on fast. Even basic E procs the hex without needing the upgrade.

Build Rylai's so E becomes AoE hard CC, which procs Cruelty.

Use W's CC and damage to torture enemies. Once W-CDR + Eureka spawn, it's good to go.

Syndra's QE triggers Slap Around twice; hitting multiple enemies stacks it extra fast.

Once CDR is high, infinite E permanently jails enemies.

W hits multiple → multiple Void Rifts spawn. EW into pile multi-procs Rifts for huge damage; forge flat magic pen first.

Yorick W perfectly fits Capybara airdrop — W locks enemy if no Flash for full airdrop damage. Yorick has huge sustain so play tank-bruiser; airdrop covers damage; CDR hex for added burst.

Ziggs's CDs are already short — stack haste and play it like URF.

Executioner refreshes Q after a participation kill — extremely fun, normal tank build.

Stack CDR to the limit and spam pillars with main-E for max meme value.
