Critical Healing

Tank Diana with W shield. Have fun with that.

Pair with crit. Built-in crit scaling plus frequent ability casts = easy full crit. Every ability gives a shield, which then gets amplified, plus bonus healing.

Support uses Moonstone + Protein Shake multiplicatively for 3.5x healing. Even a squishy enchanter outputs absurd heals when stacked with double-resist items like Jaksho.

Doubles crit chance via passive — Ruined King alone takes you near full crit. Yone's high-frequency Q refreshes his shield while Death's Dance bleed makes him both tanky and bursty.

Crit chance + Death's Dance — abilities grant shields based on crit, while Death's Dance converts 30% damage into bleed that the shields absorb. Keep ability frequency high and you maintain a permanent 30% damage reduction.

With ~250 dual resists from half-tank items, Protein Shake + Iceborn Gauntlet multiplies heals/shields up to 3.5x — Sundered Sky and Death's Dance benefit hugely.

Protein Shake makes Nautilus's W shield enormous — extremely tanky, even better with Heartsteel.

Crit build deals huge damage — lifesteal heals you to full through Grievous Wounds in two bites.

Use Protein Shake to convert resists into heal amp — at 350 dual resists with Iceborn Gauntlet, heals multiply by 4.6x, ignoring Grievous Wounds.

Warwick's auto and Q heals both proc 5x Circle of Death; Q has 100% AP scaling + % damage. Cast Q at half HP for max heal = max CoD damage.

Use Rabble Rousing with Zeri's passive — autos count as ability casts. Hex heals % max HP, so drop crit items for half-tank build; stack HP. Use Overlord's Bloodmail to convert HP into AD. Passive (not Q) counts as ability — every click heals; also works on minions and turrets.

Late-game 5000-HP shield — insane. Don't cast R — it reduces resists and shrinks the shield.

Forge: omnivamp > AS > armor pen > AD > MS.

CoD Nunu can deal massive damage to enemies via huge minion-Q heals. Avoid Rylai's — once you build it, Q on enemies stops dealing damage.

Huge MS and heal/shield uptime.

AP bounce-back Xin Zhao. Main E, sub Q. Prioritize AS and AP, runes prefer on-hit.

Crack Open That Egg W stick-on style.

Jeweled Gauntlet bloodlust build. Don't play without first-hex Jeweled Gauntlet — tanky and damaging.

Maokai's QWR all proc Colossus's Courage shield; Protein Shake amps shield and passive heal — just stick W on enemies and chain QWR.

Chili Oil stand-fight — pick Chili Oil, dive in, fight via passive.

Infinite missiles. Tech gun + crit = bloodlust build.

Immortal bloodlust bull.
