With Q active, each auto stacks multiple layers of Master of Duality.

Q and W both register as on-attack effects, so Master of Duality stacks fast — passive converts AP into attack speed, snowballing harder the longer the fight runs. Forge: lethality > MS > resists > HP.

Runaan's plus Q stacks Master of Duality quickly; passive deals bonus magic damage with AP scaling on crit, scaling harder every fight.

Xin is a physical bruiser, so Master of Duality's AD isn't wasted, plus his E, R, and passive heal scale heavily with AP. Stacking MoD gives huge AP, making heals absurd, and with tank items you sustain forever as long as you don't get one-shot. Stay alive and keep stacking via autos and abilities.

Kayle's ascended passive bonus fire makes autos count as two hits, so Master of Duality stacks both AD and AP at once. W heals scale massively with AP, and Kayle scales into a god — half-tank for survival. Survive long enough to ramp, then take over.

Stack Shrink Engine synergies — Nasus already gets bonus per stack; on a TF Mobi Q stacks 24 normally, 36 with two, 48 with three, 72 with four Shrink Engines.

As a ranged champ with Runaan's split shots, one auto stacks 3 layers of Master of Duality. High AP means Q damage and ally heals become absurd — you're a mobile fountain. Build Runaan's first to ramp stacks fast, then leverage range for stacking from safety.

Passive stacks benefit from Shrink Engine — late-game attack speed easily exceeds 6.0.

Trynd's Q has huge AP scaling (1.2x) plus heal scaling; Master of Duality's AP enables full-HP heals. Navori cuts Q CD — extreme survivability. Weave autos and abilities to constantly proc heals and keep MoD stacks up.
