Highlights
Bard gets stronger Caretaker's Shrine movement speed scaling and a faster shrine ammo cooldown in ARAM: Mayhem.
Ornn's Living Forge cooldown now scales down from 90 to 10 seconds by level instead of staying at 120 seconds.- Health Relic AoE missing health and mana restoration rises from 16% to 22%, while pickup restoration stays at 8%.

Sword of Blossoming Dawn loses its basic attack damage penalty, 
Prom Queen cooldown increases, and 
Grandma's Chili Oil trades healing for damage.
General Changes
ARAM: Mayhem Focus
Patch 26.9 is a small ARAM: Mayhem pass focused on time-based champion abilities, Health Relic team value, and a few augment balance updates.
Health Relic Buff
Pickup restoration remains 8% missing Health/Mana, but the AoE effect now restores 22% missing Health and Mana instead of 16%.
Augment Changes
Upgrade Sword of Blossoming Dawn
- •Removed: Basic attacks against champions now deal 50% damage.
Prom Queen
- •Cooldown: 25 seconds => 35 seconds.
Grandma's Chili Oil
- •Base damage per second: 100 => 150.
- •Bonus damage per burn source: 60 => 50.
- •Base heal per second: 60 - 150 based on level => 30 - 75 based on level.
- •Bonus heal per burn source: 50 => 25.

- Fixed a bug where
Lightning Strikes granted 20% bonus attack speed instead of 20% total attack speed in Mayhem. - Fixed a bug where
Kaenic Rookern and 
Opportunity did not benefit from Item Haste. - Fixed a bug where
Azir's mana costs appeared doubled with 
Overflow but were not actually increased in Mayhem ARAM. - Fixed a bug where
Ekko stayed invisible after using 
Clown College followed by E in Mayhem ARAM. - Fixed a bug where champions with recasts were charged for their recast spell with the augment Overflow.

Buff Buddies before Ocean Soul caused Red Brambleback to become ineffective in Mayhem ARAM. - Fixed a bug where
