RellAlistar's Q is group CC and procs Colossus multiple times for an instantly huge shield — high haste means frequent Q, basically unkillable. Build full tank; Colossus has 5s CD, so dump full combo each fight, then Q to proc Colossus — bigger shield per enemy hit.
Q grants a shield stack per hit — multi-target Q = huge shield.
Maokai's QWR all proc Colossus's Courage shield; Protein Shake amps shield and passive heal — just stick W on enemies and chain QWR.
Pair with Cruelty. Don't even think about how strong it gets.
Protein Shake makes Nautilus's W shield enormous — extremely tanky, even better with Heartsteel.
